Ok really the author is me…but that's way too serious coming from this blonde! It’s so true though...when I go for periods of time without an adventure or seeing new territory I get antsy and yearn to explore.

So that leads me to the intro of this blog, a magnificent island that really needs no introduction; St. Lucia. In my 20’s I lived on the island for three months while finishing my undergraduate degree of Health Promotion. It has been on my radar to return to the island, and 15 years later that wish came true.

We spent our first day on the island exploring nature trails, looking for waterfalls and gagging at a Sulphur spring aka inactive volcano.
